Shipping policy
At Elowen Critters, all of our items are made especially for you. Because of this, we work with our trusted partner, Printify, who handles production and shipping on our behalf.
Processing Times
Each item is made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.
During busy periods (such as holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Delays
As all orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printify and their global network of partners, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs processing
- High-demand periods
- Events outside our control
Lost or Stolen Packages
Elowen Critters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local courier first.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
