Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs. As our items are fulfilled and shipped by our partner, Printify, we’re unable to cover return shipping.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalised products
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges, as each item is custom-made just for you and printed on demand through our partner, Printify.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
However, please note that this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, as they are created specifically for you.
For eligible returns, items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
